Welcome to Magic Maid! By booking a cleaning service, accessing our website, or interacting with our team, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.


1. Service Agreement

When you book a service with Magic Maid, you are agreeing to:

Allow our cleaners access to your home during the scheduled time

Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs

Maintain a safe and respectful environment for our team

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if conditions are unsafe or information provided is inaccurate.


2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via text

You will receive confirmation via SMS or email

Please ensure someone is available to grant access at the scheduled time (or provide entry instructions)


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To avoid a cancellation fee, please give at least 24 hours’ notice

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $30 cancellation fee

No-shows (our team arrives but is unable to enter) will be charged the full service rate


4. Pricing & Payments

All pricing is clearly stated during booking and may vary based on the size, condition, and scope of your home

Payments are processed securely online via a third-party payment processor

Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after service completion (depending on your plan)


5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service:

Contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning

We will return and re-clean the area at no additional cost

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis


6. Damages & Liability

Our cleaners take every precaution to care for your home

If damage occurs, please report it within 24 hours

Magic Maid is insured, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear-and-tear


7. SMS & Email Communication

By booking a service, you agree to receive:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Service updates or follow-ups

Occasional promotions (you may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP)


8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared without consent.


9. Changes to Terms

Magic Maid may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or text. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
